Ingredients
1 x 400g can chickpeas drained
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs 97% fat free mayonnaise (Kraft or WW)
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic (in jar)
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt reduced vegetable stock powder (Massel)
Pepper to taste
Method
- In a food processor beat chickpeas for 1 to 2 minutes until mashed.
- Add all other ingredients and process utnil mixture becomes a smooth paste.
- Keep refridgerated. Best made a few hours ahead.
